3 pound Sirloin Roast (in one piece)
1 package McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix

Directions

Generously salt and pepper the roast after trimming off all visible fat. Place in a 13"x9"x2" dish or cake pan.
Prepare Au Jus according to package directions and pour around roast.
Cover pan tightly with a piece of foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven. Remove roast to a cutting board. Slice into 1/4" slices. Return slices to pan. Cover and bake for an additional hour.

*** French Dip Sandwiches/Makes 1 sandwich ***

1/4 onion - sliced and rings separated
1 slice Provolone, Mozzarella OR Swiss cheese
Small Hoagie Bun or bread of choice
1/4 cup Au Jus gravy
4 ounces cooked roast

In small skillet sprayed with cooking oil, sauté onion until desired tenderness.
Place meat in small microwave safe bowl and cover with lid or plate. Microwave until hot. Pour off any gravy that is left in the meat.
Layer meat on bottom half of bun. Layer onions on top. Cut cheese slice in half and use to layer over all. Place top on bun.
Transfer to preheated griddle or skillet sprayed with Cooking Spray (or butter bottom and top of bun before making sandwich). Toast bun on bottom. Flip the sandwich and toast the top giving enough time for cheese to melt.

Thanks for the review! I have recently discovered how well this freezes for later meals. Freeze individual or family size servings in freezer bags. Thaw. Heat and enjoy!
