Ingredients

    1 cup- long grain rice (cooked)
    1 cn - black beans rinsed and drained
    .5 cn - diced tomato's
    .25 chopped onion
    1 large garlic clove chopped
    2 tbl - dried cilantro
    3 tbl - Red wine vinegar
    2-3 tbl canned green chiles

Tips

My family prefers this cold. I thought about trying lime juice next time.


Directions

I cook rice on the stove slower method, can be done by microwave follow instructions on the bag.
Mix all ingredients together can be served warm or cold.
