Ingredients

##Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    ##*Splenda, 72 tsp (remove)
##Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
##Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp (remove)
    ##Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    ##Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    ##Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Tips

If these are too chocolately for you, scale back the amount of baking powder a little or increase the splenda, but don't fudge with it too much because you need the sustenance to keep it in a ball.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Blend dry ingredients together well in blender, food processer or mixer. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix well again until you have a goey like batter. You can't overmix this, more mixing is good because you will put more air into it. Drop 7 balls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 2 to 30 minutes. They will cook very fast, watch them. let them cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet. They taste the best when left in the fridge overnight and have cooled all the way through, although hot out of the oven is great too!
