Introduction

Ingredients

    200 grams lean ground beef
    200 brown beans (substitute black or kidney beans if you can't find brown beans)
    1/4 finely diced onion
    1/2 pouch of onion soup mix

Directions

Mash the beans in the food processor or with a fork. They don't need to be very finely pureed, a bit of texture is a good thing.
Mix all the ingredients together, and form into four balls.
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat. Fry up meatballs over medium heat, and be sure to turn regularly.
