Ingredients

25 Meatballs, cooked
1 green pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 TBS dried, minced onion
2 cups chicken stock
1 can diced tomatoes, with juice
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 can green beans, drained
8 ozs. medium egg noodles
3-4 TBS Cavendar greek seasoning
1 tsp black pepper, ground
Tips
I use no-added salt canned vegetables. Using canned veggies cuts down on the cooking time for my busy family.
Directions
Place meatballs in hot water and boil for 5 minutes, drain. This drains most of the fat away! Add additional ingredients, except the noodles, and cook on high for 5 more minutes. Add the noodles and simmer 8 minutes. Serve!
