Ingredients

    1 can Rotel Chili Fixin's Seasoned Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilis
    1 can Hunt's Dinner Starters Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Chili
    1 8 oz can V8 Vegetable Juice (low sodium)
    1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 serrano pepper, seeded and diced
    1/2 pound, 93% lean ground beef

Tips

A great spicy, hearty chili for not having beans. Top with a spoonful of plain greek yogurt to curb the heat.


Directions

Brown beef and drain. Add other ingredients, stir, and simmer over medium-low heat - the longer the better. Would work great to throw in the crock pot.

Serving Size: Estimate 4 large servings, can easily be more.
