    Eggs, Light Mayo, Parm Cheese, onion and garlic powder


Add salt to water before boiling eggs and as soon as 10 minutes are up run under cold tap water for a few minutes. Then add ice cubes and let cool for about five minutes. I haven't had a bad peeling experience since I can remember using this technique.


boil eggs 10 minutes, slice lenghtwise, mix yolks w/ other ingredients, fill 24 halves with mixture.
