12 Eggs~6 each cake
2 Cups Sugar~1 C Each
2 Cups flour~1 C Each
Filling
Strawberries
Icing/Filling
2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 C confectioners sugar
2 8oz pckg Cream Cheese
Tips
Cut each cooled cake into two layers
Place First layer on Serving dish
Spread first layer with thin layer of strawberry puree
Spread inside of other half with Icing
It will be stuck to the parchment still use that to flip the layer onto the first layer. So cake-strawberry-icing-cake-strawberry-icing-cake-strawberry -icing-cake then cover cake with remaining Icing
Decorate with Strawberries
Directions
350 degrees
line 13x 9 with parchment paper
Bake cake layers separately
Whisk 6 eggs and 1 C sugar on high for 12 minutes until 3 times in volume
use spatula to gently fold in 1 C whole wheat Flour
Transfer to lined pan bake 17-20min until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean
While first layer is baking start making second layer
Remove from pan let cool at room temp
Strawberry filling~ pulse strawberries until consistency of chunky applesauce
Icing/Filling
Beat together Cream cheese and 3/4C P sugar until smooth (1min) Add 2 C heavy W Cream beat on high2-3 min until fluffy
