Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup (Condensed)
    1 small onion, diced
3 medium white mushrooms, sliced into 1/8" slices
    1 clove garlic, minced
    0.5 C chicken broth
    1 tbsp of butter
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    pinch nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste

1 oz package No-Yolk egg noodles

Tips

Add more mushrooms/onion to your liking as well as paprika. Don't go overboard with the nutmeg, though!

Also, feel free to add a package of beef bullion to "beef" up the flavor, but don't be surprised when this adds sodium and a little fat.

Directions

Fill large sauce pan 3/4 of salted water and place on high heat for noodles.

Place large pan on medium-high heat. Melt butter and add mushrooms and onions and saute until soft and most of pan liquid has evaporated (5 minutes). Add garlic and cook until fragrant (10-30 seconds).

Dump noodles into water, giving one or two stirs to prevent sticking- prepare according to package

Place ground turkey in pan and saute. When about half of turkey is browned, add in paprika and nutmeg, stirring to cover meat and vegetables.

After turkey is browned, add full can of condensed soup and half cup of chicken broth, thinning with water if necessary.

Bring to a simmer and allow to heat through for a few more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles with steamed veggies on the side.
