Ingredients

1 can pink salmon large bones removed
4 Tbsp chopped onion
1 raw egg
8 crushed saltines
2 Tbsp flax meal (optional)
3 tsp crushed garlic
Worcestershire approx 1Tbsp
Soy sauce approx 1 Tbsp
dry dill weed 2 tsp
Dry mustard 2 tsp
Salt 3 tsp
black pepper 1-2 tsp
flour approx 1/4 cup
coconut or vegetable oil approx 1 tbsp
bacon grease approx 1 tsp
Tips
vegetable oil can be substituted for oil/grease
Directions
Empty can of salmon into a bowl and carefully break open down middle and remove large bones with tip of spoon.
(leave smaller bones and skin)
Except for oil/grease, add rest of ingredents to bowl and mix throughly, let sit approx 2-3 minutes.
Melt oil and grease in large skillet over medium high heat
Add mixture by heaping spoonful (approx 3 tbsp each). Let brown on one side (approx 3-4 minutes and flip cooking an additional 2-4 minutes until both sides are nice and crispy brown. drain on paper towel.
Serving Size: makes 12- 3 inch diamater, 1/4 inc thick patties
