Ingredients

    3 cups garbanzo beans, cooked without salt reserving some of the liquid
    1/4 cup EVOO
    6 cloves garlic
    2 jalapenos, seeded
    1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
    Juice of 3 limes
    1 teaspoon salt

Tips

Add some of the jalapeno seeds to kick up the spiciness if you like a lot of heat.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse to combine, then mix full speed until desired consistency. Add cooking liquid from the beans to thin if needed.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings, 1/4 cup each
