Ingredients

    1/4 Cup white flour
    1/4 Cup wheat flour
    2 large eggs
    1/2 Cup nonfat milk
    2 tbsp. Brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 small apple

Directions

Spray the pan with canola oil. Beat eggs, flour, and milk together with whisk. Peel apple and sliced apple in bottom of pan put cinnamon and sugar 400 degrees oven. Bake 30 minutes and deep brown apple pancake.
