Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz. Dannon Light and Fit Non-fat Vanilla yogurt
    .5 oz of strawberries and blueberries (can be frozen and unsweetened or fresh)
    1 oz of Kellogs Lowfat Granola cereal w/o raisins

Directions

1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl or cup
2. Add granola
3. Add fruit
You may layer as many times as you please. This recipe makes one serving. If you like, you can use Dannon lowfat all natural plain yogurt or a flavored yogurt. You may also change up the fruit if you like. The calorie count listed will reflect the recipe so if you do add your own changes, you should try to keep up with the calories that are being added to it.
