Ingredients

    CRUST
    2oz riced cauliflower
    2oz shredded mozzarella
    1T salba (ground chia seeds)
    1T coconut flour
    .25 t baking powder
    .25 t garlic powder

    TOPPING
    1/4 cup pizza sauce
    2oz shredded mozzarella
    optional toppings of choice


Directions

combine all crust ingredients. press into 9-inch glass pie plate lined with parchment paper. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Cool slightly. Remove parchment paper and return crust to pie pan. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and choice of toppings. Broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 9-inch pizza. serves 2
