Introduction

I just crush the chips, drain and clean the beans, chop the veggies, nd put it in a food processer but you can mash the beans with a fork and stir it all till combined. Then divide into 5 balls and cook i Nvmd a skillet with olive oil nonstick spray until it looks burnt, may need more chips if its falling apart. Ingredients

    -1/4Th to 1/3rd medium bell pepper chopped(calculated for a third)
    -1/4th to 1/3rd medium yellow onion, chopped
    -1 can black beans drained and rinsed
    -1/4Th cup egg beaters.
    Nonstick spray

    *Feel free to Add whatever spices, i like salt, garlic poider, and chili powder.

Tips

If too crumbly add more egg beater, if its moist but wont hold together add more crushed chips. Spray the spatula with nonstick because this stuff is really sticky.


Directions

Flatten the balls in the pan coated with nonstick spray andcook until it looks burnt.

Serving Size: divide in 5 equal balls
