Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    4 cups, flour
    2 tsp, baking powder
    1 tsp, baking soda
    1 tsp, salt
    1 tsp, cinnamon
    1/2 tsp, nutmeg

    1 cup, butter
    1 cup, white sugar
    1 cup, brown sugar
    4 eggs

    1.5 cups, apple, shredded
    1.5 cups, apple, cubed

    1/3 cup, brown sugar
    1 tbsp, flour
    1 tsp, cinnamon
    2 tbsp, butter

Directions

Mix first six ingredients in bowl.

In separate bowl, cream next 4 ingredients.

Add apples to creamed mixture

Slowly add dry mix to creamed mixture until completely mixed.

Scoop into greased/lined muffin tins

Mix last 4 ingredients together until crumbly

Sprinkle on top and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
