Introduction

Use in place of hollandaise. Use in place of hollandaise.

Ingredients

    1 c. Plain Fat Free Yogurt, Plain
    1 Lemon, juice only
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 tsp. Kosher Salt
    1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Dill, dried (prefer Pampered Chef Dill Seasoning)

Directions

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and Egg Beaters in double boiler and whisk over heat until thickened and fluffy. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
