Ingredients

    1 chopped green pepper
    2 small chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    2 pork chops, cubed
    Kikkoman Sweet and Sour mix packet
    1/4 cup vinegar
    3/4 + 1 cup water, divided
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 cup soba noodles
    1 cup dole tropical fruit salad, drained

Directions

Chop all vegetables and meat. Mix kikkoman mix with 1/4 cup of vinegar and 3/4 cups of water and set aside. Mix the soy sauce and the cornstarch and toss the meat in the mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the meat and stir-fry until golden brown. Add 1 cup of water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Uncover and add the vegetables and the Kikkoman mix/vinegar mixture. Recover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. In a separate sauce pan, prepare the noodles according to the directions, except only cook 75%. Add to the stir-fry at the same time as the fruit, recovering and simmering 10 additional minutes.
