Excellent!! I marinated 2 pieces for about 30 minutes (couldn't get the rest in the bowl at the same time) and it made it so much better then the 2 I didn't marinate for 30 minutes (I was too impatient to wait for the other 2 to marinate). - 4/15/08

Had this last night. Trying to find recipes that will add more fish in our diet through the week and this was wonderful. I used some of the suggestions and mixed the ingredients and soaked the fish in them for an hour before putting all in a casserole dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min. - 11/9/10

This was great. We thought we were eating in a posh restaurant. I marinated the salmon fillet first in the sauce. The flavor went right through. Delicious - 4/15/08
