Ingredients

    Baked Brie

    Mix together:
    ½ cup chopped peeled apple
    ¼ cup sliced almonds
    ¼ cup dried cranberries
    1-tablespoon brown sugar
    ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
    1 tablespoon of melted butter



Directions

Cut an eight-ounce wheel of Brie in half horizontally. Put ½ of the above mixture in the middle of the Brie. Put the other half of the Brie on top and then top that with the other ½ of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with bread or crackers.
