One Tbs EVO Olive Oil (Separated)
One Package (About 4 pieces) B/S Chicken Thighs
One Medium Green Onion, Cut into thin strips
One Medium Red Onion, Cut into thin Strips
One Half Vidalia Onion, cut into thin strips
One Tsp Minced Garlic
One Jar Francesco Rinaldi Low Sodium Traditional Sauce
One Pkg Whole Wheat Linguini
Tips
You can put sauce, cooked chicken, and vegetables into a bowl and microwave (covered) until hot.
Directions
Make Pasta according to directions on box
While waiting for water to boil, cut chicken thighs into small chunks.
Slice peppers and onions into thin strips.
Put half of olive oil into saute pan to heat
Brown chicken thuroughly, set aside
Put remaining oil into saute pan
Saute peppers, onion and garlic until tender
Add chicken and sauce to pan, and heat through while stirring occasionally.
Place sauce on cooked pasta to serve
Serving Size: Approx 1 cup sauce on 2 oz of pasta
