Ingredients

    8 oz Ground Beef 80/20
    16 oz bulk pork sausage
    1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 cup crushed pork rinds
    2 jumbo eggs
    1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
    2 tsps dried parsley
    Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder to taste.

Tips

pork rinds used instead of processed carbs as a binder


Directions

mix everything well, form meatballs, cook at 350 degrees for 17 minutes
