Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
    1 cup orange (or other) juice


Tips

Use whatever fruits you like! It will change the nutrition counts.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and run until all is smooth. Place in container and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Scoop into dessert dishes and enjoy.
