Ingredients

9 ounces celery, chopped
15 ounces yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 ounce garlic, elephant cloves
4 ounces onion, chopped
6 ounces cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 ounces shiitake mushroom, dried and coarsely crushed
1 ounce jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
1 ounce hot peppers, 4 chinese style hot peppers whole
16 ounces ground chicken
7 ounces waterchestnut, canned, chopped
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup uncooked instant brown rice
2 tablespoons ginger root, chopped
Tips
There is a 50 calorie difference per serving using the SP recipe ingredients list and mine from Master Cook. I don't know why except maybe the conversion from ounces to grams adds up. SP is lower Master Cook says 341 a serving.
Directions
1.All veggies got coarsely chopped except the really hot tiny chili peppers
2.Add all ingedients to crock pot except rice. Cut the whole peppers in half and place at intervals in the mixture.
3.Cook 6-7 hours on low. Stir about 2 hours into cooking.
4.Turn off crock pot and add rice and let sit rice is cooked.
5.Once cooed portion into containers
6.Add soy sauce to taste
