Crepes are practically a godsend, since they're as good as (or in my opinion better than) pancakes though typically they have a high calorie count.I love these as a light meal, a snack, or dessert, and they will conquer any sweets craving you have as these are absolutely delicious! Ingredients

Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, 5.6 oz tub
Green Farms Whipped Cream Cheese and Greek Yogurt, Strawberry flavor, 5 oz
Egg, 1 large
Milk, 2%
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Flour, 1 cup
Nonstick cooking spray
Strawberries, 10 berries halved or quartered
Tips
If you're making these just for yourself, you can refrigerate the creme filling (covered) up to two weeks and freeze unfilled crepes up to two months.
Directions
For creme filling:
In a small bowl, fold cream cheese and Greek yogurt into plain Greek yogurt. Refrigerate.
For crepes:
in another bowl, whisk milk, egg and vanilla. Sift in flour and mix thoroughly.
Heat stove to medium-low. In nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, pour 1/4c batter into center. Swirl batter until you have a circle about 8" diameter. Cook for 1 minute. Gently slide spatula under crepe and flip. Cook another 20 seconds. Remove to plate and cover with paper towel. Spray pan and repeat until all batter in gone.
To construct:
Put crepe on plate, spread 1tbsp creme into center, fold over three times, spread 1 tsp creme on top and garnish with 1 strawberry.
Enjoy!
