Ingredients

    1 cups walnuts
    1 cup dried apples
    1 cup Medjool dates
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 slice 1/4 inch ginger
    1/8 tsp salt

Tips

You can use any dried fruit but that will make your dates a variable you might need more for more moister. Same line for nuts and spices, you can let your imagination run free.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a paste. Make sure it comes together by pressing the mixture together. Place mixture into a pan lined with wax paper. Press down evenly.Refrigerate for two hours and then cut it into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
