Ingredients

1 prebaked pie shell OR a graham cracker crust
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese SOFTENED
1 cup splenda granular
1 tsp vanilla
2 6 oz containers SF vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, etc. yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
Sliced strawberries - perhaps about 2 cups??
Directions
Blend cream cheese until softened. Add Splenda and blend very well till fluffy. Add the yogurt, vanilla and lemon juice. Blend til smooth.
Prebake pie shell and allow to cool OR use a graham cracker crust.
Slice strawberries and place about 2/3 of them on the bottom and up the sides of the pie shell.
Pour the creamcheese/yogurt mixture over strawberried crust. Top "decoratively" with the sliced strawberries. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight (covered).
