Ingredients

    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. C & H light sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. egg beater
    1 c. all purpose flour
    1 c. ground oat meal flour
    2 t. baking powder
    2 t. ground cinnamon
    1/2 t. salt
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. almond milk
    1 T. vanilla extract
    2 c. dark chocolate chips

Tips

I used 30 calorie Almond milk and the oat flour I made from old fashion oatmeal and using my food processor to ground. Also use cookie scoop when placing on cookie sheet


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Blend all dry ingredients together, use mixer for your wet and then mix together and blend in chocolate chips
