Ingredients

    6 tbs butter
    1 c brown sugar
    3 c rolled oats
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1 tbs honey
    1/2 c applesauce
    1/3 c flax seed

Directions

In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar. Take 1 cup of oats and grind in blender. Add to the butter/sugar blend. Add the rest of the oats, flour, honey, applesauce. Combine until crumbly. Add additions like raisins or nuts if desired. Press firmly into 9x13" pan. Bake at 375' for 25 min.
