Ingredients

1 cup Rice, long grain
one pack of Lean Pork Chops
i can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (can use any variety of creamed soups)
A liberal amount of pepper and whatever other spices you want to add.
1.5 cups of water
Tips
I added just creole seasoning to the top of the pork. Then in the rice I added pepper, basil and oregano.
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350.
Add the rice, soup, spice, and water together. Stir it all together in a casserole dish.
Place the pork chops on top of the rice and any seasoning to the pork if you want.
Then cover and cook for an hour and fifteen minutes.
Take out and let it sit for a few minutes depending on how it is covered to avoid burning yourself.
Serving Size: 1 chop and one scoop of rice
