Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 Bunch of asparagus
    4 tablespoons of olive oil
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese to taste


Tips

Exclude cheese to lower calorie intake.

Pat the spears dry before adding additional ingredients to prevent steaming. You want spears to still have a little crunch.

Make sure oven is hot before putting them in. It will cook them from the outside in.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Thoroughly wash asparagus. Trim tough ends off the bottom.

Spread asparagus in a single layer.

Drizzle olive oil over spears.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with cheese to taste.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Depending on size of bunch each serving is about 6 spears.
