Ingredients

    2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Mushroom Soup
    2/3 Cup frozen peas
    1 can Starkist Select Low Sodium Albacore Tuna
    1 can Chicken of the Sea 50% Less Sodium Tuna
    1 Cup Tillamook Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/2 Cup 1% milk
    1 large red bell pepper
    2 Cups sliced mushrooms
    1 medium white onion
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper



Directions

Sautee onions, pepper and mushrooms together
Microwave frozen peas until thawed
Mix all remaining ingredients together
Add all ingredients together and microwave until hot.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice
