Ingredients

    48 oz Egg Substitute
    1 13oz pkg Butterball Turkey Link Sausage
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    8 Slices of Muenster Cheese
    3/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with pam. Beat egg substitute with milk, pepper, and salt. Coarsely chop sausage and cheese. Place sausage and cheese in bottom of muffin tins. Pour in egg mixture until almost to top of pan. Place in oven for 30 minutes.
