Ingredients

    1/2 pound 4-7% lean ground beef
    1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can new diced potatoes (optional)
    1 15 oz can black beans
    1 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, no salt added
    1 16 oz can light red kidney beans
    1 pkt dry ranch dressing
    1 pkt taco seasoning

Directions

Cook ground beef and drain well. Add all vegatables to crock pot - do not drain any of the cans. Add beef and seasoning packets and stir well.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours

Top with light Mexican shredded cheese, if desired.
