Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. 90% lean ground sirloin
    1 cube beef bouillon
    1 pouch Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice (2 cups), cooked
    1 11.5-oz. can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1/4 medium fresh sweet onion, diced
    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    8 large cabbage leaves, blanched

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat oil in skillet and sauté onions until limp. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes (including juice) and bouillon cube. Cook down a bit, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add rice and mix well. Place equal amounts into the cabbage leaves and roll up, burrito style. Secure each rollup with a toothpick or two and place in a baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 8 single-roll-up servings
