Ingredients

1 scoop protein powder(28g)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp VitaFiber(28g) I used the syrup
Directions
In a small pan, heat up the VitaFiber until bubbles start to form.
Add the protein powder, vanilla, and cocoa until you get a sort of sticky dough. Remove from the heat and mold it with your hands into a bar.
Stick it in the fridge for an hour to firm up

I am so hooked on these Quest bars and have purchased the Vita Fibre syrup to try and make my own. I like your recipe better because you use less vita fibre, which cuts down on the carb calories. I'm going to try your recipe tonight. I can't do whey, so what kind of protein powder do you use? - 7/22/14

They really are awesome... I've also had great success with the VitaFibre powder, taking 20g of powder with about 17-18g of sugar free syrup. I have only used whey based protein in these, but I know others have had great success with Sun Warrior protein. Hope this helps!!
