I love the Shrimp Poboy at Sammy's. This is my version of it. I love the Shrimp Poboy at Sammy's. This is my version of it.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 T butter, 1 lb shrimp, wheat rolls, 4 oz pepperjack cheese

Directions

Sautee onion and bell pepper until caramelized (can substitute water for butter). Add shrimp and cook until white. Add cheese. Spoon .5 cup over each roll and serve hot.

Serving Size: 3.5 cups
