Ingredients

    1 Cup - 1% Milk
    1Tbsp - Honey
    1 Cup - Vanilla Yoghurt
    1.5 Cups - Frozen Mixed Berries

Tips

I like having frozen berries versus adding ice cubes for my own personal preference for texture. Frozen berries would make the drink cold as it is! And, it won't water down the smoothie as much over time.


Directions

Combine and mix in a blender!
