Introduction

mixed fruits and juice with yogurt and honey mixed fruits and juice with yogurt and honey

Ingredients

    banana (frozen ripe work great)
    strawberries (other fruits can be added too)
    blueberries
    .5 cup yogurt with honey (if plain add tablespoon of honey)
    .5 cup apple juice ( sometimes other flavor)
    three ice cubes

Tips

I freeze banana that get over ripe to use in these.


Directions

blend until consistency of choice.
