Introduction

Ingredients

1 13.75 oz can of WHOLE Artichoke Hearts
1-10oz bag of frozen spinach seperated into half
1.25 cups FAT FREE MAYO
1- 8oz brick of Philidelphia FAT free cream cheese
.5 cup of minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
.5 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
Aprox. 1-1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese (part skim)
Directions
*In a medium to large mixing bowl, mix together the mayonaise and cream cheese until smooth. If needed, microwave cream cheese until soft and blendable or set out to soften up to 30 minutes prior to making dip.
*Set aside 1/2 cup of mozzrella cheese to save for later
*Add all other ingredients and mix well

Place in a glass baking dish and bake on 375 for 15 minutes
Sprinkel remaining mozzarella cheese and place back into oven for 5 minutes ( or until melted)
Serve with your favorite tortilla chip

Got lots of complements on this version... I put it all including the spinach and artichokes in a food processor and made it all creamy... and layer the cheese 1/2 way through with the final bit on top!... used tortilla chips and toasted baguette slices! this one's going to parties w/ us next time! - 10/24/10
