Ingredients

    • 1 Pound Ground Sirloin (90% fat free)
    • 1 Large Sweet Onion, Chopped
    • 2 Cans Large Butter Beans, Drained
    • 2 Cans Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans
    • 2 Cans Dark Kidney Beans, Drained
    • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
    • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
    • 1 Cup Barbecue Sauce
    • 3 Slices Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
    • 2 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Tips

Although this can be cooked on the stove, the flavors develop better when cooked slowly in a Crockpot.


Directions

Sauté onion with a little olive oil spray. Add meat and brown. Place meat mixture and all other ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low 6 hours or so. Another easy alternative is to place it in a low (275-300) oven for a few hours.
