Ingredients

    1 Cup raspberries
12-18 servings of truvia ( about 2-3 tbsp)
    500g (1 pint) 0% Greek yogurt.

Tips

Taste the raspberry puree to check sweetness. Add extra truvia as desired. The flavour of the puree will be diluted by the yogurt.

Directions

Wash the raspberries and place in a blender with the truvia (add more or less to taste). Blend for 1 minute the tip into a sieve to remove the seeds. Stir in the greek yoghurt. Either put into an ice-cream maker as per manufacturer's instructions, or pour into a large freezer tub. Make sure there is room at the top. After 1 hour in the freezer whip the yogurt is to break up large ice crystals then freeze for a nouthe 1-2 hours until a scoopable consistency.
