Ingredients

    1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious)
    1 Tbsp. Half and Half
    1 RIVO espresso (or any 1 oz espresso)
    1/2 Tsp. raw sugar
    1/2 Tsp. cinnamon (ground)

Tips

I use a small $10 hand-held frother to froth the milk.


Directions

Make espresso.

Place coconut milk and half and half in a cup and microwave it 25 seconds. Use a frother to increase the volume.

Pour the espresso into the cup. Sprinkle raw sugar over the top and then the cinnamon (if desired).
