Ingredients

    1 small banana
    2 cups blueberries (frozen)
    1 cup low cal low fat yogurt
    2 cups diet cranberry juice

    (I always add 4 scoops of "Simply Greens" to boost the nutrient and fibre value)

Directions

Add all to blender and whir for 2 minutes or until all is smooth

Serving Size: makes 2 14 oz servings
