Ingredients

    9 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 T Fresh oregeno
    1t salt
    1 t black pepper

Directions

1. Saute onions and potatoes until tender.
2. Stir in spices
3. Pour potoatoes into baking dish
4. Sprinkle cheese on top
5. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
