Ingredients
Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving (remove)
*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
Butter, salted, 12 tbsp (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
dry milk powder (23g makes 1 cup of milk), 2 serving (remove)
Blackberries, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove)
Oats, Quaker, 1.5 cup (remove)
Tips
May take more or less time to bake. Insert toothpick into center of muffin and when it comes away clean, the muffins are done.
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together (omit up to 1.5 cups sugar for a less sweet and lower calorie muffin).
Add vanilla and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and oats in separate bowl. When combined, fold into butter mixture.
Add cinnamon and blackberries. Mix until blackberries are incorporated throughout.
Fill cupcake wrappers 2/3's full and bake for about 20 min @ 375 degrees.
