    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup virgin olive oil
    1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 stems fresh basil (strip leaves, toss stems)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    Tuna steaks (1-2 pounds)


Pulse marinade ingredients in food processor to combine. Pour over tuna steaks. Marinate for one hour at room temperature. Flip to coat the other side.
Grill each side for 4 minutes; brush marinade on fish as it grills.
