    400 gr Zucchinis
    200 gr pickled beets
    200 gr Iceberg lettuce
    1 green onion
    2 tbsp. Malt vinegar


Peel and diced zucchinis.
Dice beets.
Shred lettuce and green onion.

Toss together and sprinkle with vinegar. Serve immediately... also good for lunch the next day!
