Introduction

Ingredients

    For the base:
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1/4 cup
    Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw, 6 tsp
    Vinegar, White .3 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, 1/3 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp

    For the cream:
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 bar
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1/3 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1/4 cup
    Kaluha) (1 shot), 1.5 oz
    Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw, 2 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Natural grenetine 1 pack
    vanilla extract 1 tsp

    to soak the bread mix:
    1/3 cup milk
    1 Kahlua shot

Tips

GREAT TREAT FOR LESS THAN 250 CALORIES, COMPARED TO A REGULAR ONE WITH ABOUT 500 CALORIES PER SERVING!


Directions

in a bowl mix together all dry ingredients for the bread and mix well
in a small bowll mix all bread liquids adding vinegar last

Bring together and mix well, bake for about 20 minutes at 375oC

Meanwhile make the cream filling: bring all ingredients together in a blender in low. Refrigerate

Cool bread and cut by half to have two round breads.
soak both with the kahlua/milk mix and fill with half the cream, make a sandwich with both bread and top with the remaining cream.
You can sprinkle cocoa powder on top with a swift.

REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 3 HOUR BEFORE SERVING

Serving Size: makes a pie size Tiramisu, about 8-10 slices
