Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving
    *bannana, 1 serving
    Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds, 36 fl oz
    Half and Half Cream, 12 tbsp
    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
    Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), 3 serving
    Beef, top sirloin, 4 oz
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 4 ounces
    Pork Tenderloin, 4 oz
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp
    Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 3 cup (1" pieces)

take 3 source of life mini tabs multi vits
take 3 to 12 fish oil caps a day
take 9 total apple pectin capsules a day
take 2 to 3 zma at bed
drink 1 gallon of water spread throughout the day
use splenda or other non calorie sweetener sparingly in coffee and yogurt as needed

after 12 days double the amounts and you can separate the meats and veggies and fruit into individual days. you can substitute other crunchy veggies as well other lean meats for same amounts

Directions

bake all meats, cut into bite sized pieces
steam veggies
add salt lite and pepper
additional dry seasonings may be used like curry powder to create variety
I prefer to make the dinners into bowl food container meals
